Nice place to stay
Positive: The Historic Raber house is right in the heart of Berlin. Nice and roomy. Was comfortable for our family of 4. The place was very clean and had plenty of amenities.

Negative: How check in was with the door code. They usually send an email and they didn't this time.

Got what we wanted: a clean, comfortable place with kitchen, 2 baths, a place to sit, center of town
Positive: We liked the proximity to many locations: restaurants, shopping were largely within walking distance
Negative: There was no lock on the front door. We had to prop up a chair under front inside door knob. We could no access any front room tv, although the notebook said we could. we are not sure why, maybe we just couldn't figure it out.
